- We confirm every detail. A member of our team reaches out to review your specifications, answer questions, and make sure everything is right before we begin.
- Samples and drawings. We send your finish samples and technical drawings so you can approve the exact wood, color, and dimensions before a single board is cut.
- Watch it come to life. You get access to your private project portal, where you can follow your table through production and see real photos at each stage.
- Delivered to your door. Once your table passes our final quality inspection, it ships fully crated and insured by LTL, straight to your home.

Seating Guide
A practical reference for choosing the right table size for your space and the people you'll gather. Seat counts assume comfortable elbow room — enough for a long meal, not a packed banquet.
Capacity depends on chair width. We've calculated these counts using the industry-standard 20" chair with 2" of breathing room on each side — 24" of table edge per person. Wider armchairs will reduce capacity; armless side chairs may allow for one more.

Lead time & Delivery
Production Lead Time: Our standard lead time is 8–14 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This includes complimentary finish samples, technical drawings, fabrication, and quality control. Please note that shipping time is not included.
Lead times can vary depending on our production schedule and available components — contact us to confirm our current lead time, as we may have certain materials or pieces already in stock for faster delivery.
Delivery:
- Factory Pick-Up: Complimentary pick-up at our factory. Ensure your vehicle is large enough for the item.
- Standard Shipping for Small Items: Available across Canada and the USA. Shipping costs provided after order confirmation.
- White Glove Delivery: Available within a 50km radius of Gatineau, including delivery and assembly. For areas in Ontario and Quebec, rates range from $500 to $950.
- Crated LTL Shipping: Flat rate of $350 within Ontario and Quebec. Custom quotes available for other Canadian provinces and the USA. All LTL shipments are insured.

Warranty & Care
10-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Every piece of ref. furniture is backed by our 10-year warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If an issue arises, we'll repair, replace, or refund — at our discretion. This warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of delivery.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to environmental factors, third-party modifications, or commercial use. For full details, visit our Warranty Policy.

Most large dining tables are thin wood glued over particle board. Ours are built from solid wood, reinforced with steel, and made to stay in your family for decades.
Real solid wood
No particle board and no thin veneer. Every part is solid wood, dried slowly so it stays flat and will not crack as the seasons change.
Steel-reinforced top
Hidden steel bars run underneath to hold the top perfectly flat for years, even under the weight of a full holiday dinner.
A rock-solid base
The base is bolted to the top with heavy steel hardware. It feels completely solid, and it comes apart safely if you ever need to move.
Thick and substantial
The top and legs* are made from thick, generous wood you feel the moment you touch them. Nothing here is hollow or flimsy.
