We accept e-transfer, credit card, debit, direct deposit, and financing options. Typically, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery. Payment terms may vary depending on the specific project.

What is the lead time for custom orders?
Our estimated lead time for custom orders is approximately 8-12 weeks, not including delivery time, which varies based on location. Please keep in my that this is an estimation and that a lot of things can happen while crafting your custom piece.

Once you place an order, we create detailed technical drawings and send samples for your approval. Production begins only after you approve these designs.

No, revisions are not allowed after initial approval unless required for engineering reasons. We ensure that all details are finalized and approved before production begins.

Our team assists you every step of the way in selecting the right materials for your custom furniture. Once the drawings are approved, we ship samples to ensure your chosen materials align with your vision and functional needs.
How will I be updated on the progress of my order?
We keep you informed throughout the production process. You will receive a notification when production starts and photos of the finished product before it is shipped.
Can I visit the workshop during production?
While we occasionally offer workshop visits by appointment, we cannot accommodate all requests as it would not be sustainable. However, we ensure you remain connected with the process through regular updates and photos.

We adhere to strict quality control measures throughout the production process. Each piece undergoes multiple inspections to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and durability, reflecting the excellence expected in high-end furniture.
Do you offer shipping and delivery?
Yes, we offer free white glove delivery within a 50km radius of our workshop at 16 Rue de Bécancour, Gatineau. For locations beyond this range, we provide LTL crated shipping at the customer's expense. We also offer white glove delivery services in Toronto, Montreal, Quebec, and other areas for an additional fee based on the location. Free pick-up at our workshop is also available.
What should I consider when picking up my order?
When picking up your order, ensure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate the purchased items and that you have adequate assistance to load the furniture.
