Customization Options: We offer a wide range of customization options to ensure your furniture fits your unique style and needs. Choose from our customizable collections, where you can select the wood, size, and colors, or opt for our bespoke furniture, which is 100% custom and crafted exclusively for you. Our bespoke pieces are not listed on our website, providing a truly unique and personalized experience.

Ordering Channels: Placing an order with us is convenient and flexible. You can order online through our website, via email, over the phone, or by visiting us in-store. We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless ordering experience, regardless of your preferred method.

Bespoke and Millwork Services: For bespoke furniture and custom millwork services, we offer tailored quotes to meet your specific needs. Please fill out the quote request form on our website, providing details about your project, including dimensions, materials, and any other specifications. Our team will review your request and get back to you with a detailed quote and timeline. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality craftsmanship for every project.

Free Consultation: We offer complimentary consultations to help you make the best choices for your space. You can request a consultation by filling out a form on our website. Our team will guide you through the options and provide expert advice to ensure your satisfaction.

Design and Approval: Before production begins, we will create detailed technical drawings for your approval. Additionally, we send samples directly to your doorstep so you can see and feel the materials firsthand. This process ensures that every detail meets your expectations.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including e-transfer, credit card, debit, direct deposit, and financing options. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery. However, this structure may vary depending on the specific project. Our team will discuss the payment terms with you during the order process.

Lead Time: Our estimated lead time for custom orders is approximately 16-20 weeks. Please note that this timeframe does not include delivery, which will vary depending on your location.

Shipping and Delivery: For your convenience, we offer free pick-up at our workshop. Please ensure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate your purchased items and that you have adequate assistance to load the furniture.

We currently ship within Canada and the USA. Free white glove delivery is available within a 50km radius of our workshop located at 16 Rue de Bécancour, Gatineau. For locations beyond this range, we offer LTL crated shipping at the customer's expense. Additionally, white glove delivery services are available in Toronto, Montreal, Quebec, and other regions for an additional fee, based on the delivery location. Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final due to the custom nature of our furniture. If your item arrives damaged or with craftsmanship issues, contact us within 7 days at info@ref-co.ca with your order number and photos. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly. Cancellation Policy: After approving and signing the technical drawings, cancellations are not permitted, and the order is final. Effective communication during the design and approval process is crucial. We cannot accept cancellations or returns if the finished piece matches the approved design. For detailed information, please consult our Cancellation Policy.

After-Sales Service: We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship with a 10-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in craftsmanship, ensuring your investment is protected.
